El precio medio de la vivienda en España  encadenó su noveno trimestre consecutivo al alza, según el Índice de Precios de Vivienda publicado hoy por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).

Por tipo de vivienda, la vivienda nueva se encareció en el periodo un8,4%, más de dos puntos superior a la del trimestre anterior y el mayor incremento que se registra desde el cuarto trimestre de 2007. Por su parte, la variación anual de la vivienda de segunda mano bajó más de tres puntos, hasta el 3,2%.

En la comparativa trimestral,  la vivienda nueva aumentó un 3,7% entre el primero y el segundo trimestre, mientras que la de segunda mano lo hizo un 1,5% en tasa trimestral.

En el segundo trimestre del año, el precio de la vivienda se incrementó en tasa interanual en todas las comunidades autónomas. Los mayores incrementos de precio, en tasa interanual, se registraron en la Comunidad de Madrid, con un 7,8% más; en la ciudad autónoma de Melilla (5,9%); en Catalunya (5,5%) y en Baleares (5%). Madrid (12%); Catalunya (10,1%) y Murcia (9%) fueron las comunidades en las que más subió el precio medio la vivienda nueva en tasa interanual. En el caso de la vivienda usada, los precios registraron su mayor incremento en Madrid (7%), Catalunya y Baleares (ambas con el 5%).
Los mayores incrementos, respecto al trimestre anterior, se registraron en la Comunidad de Madrid y en Catalunya, con subidas del 3,1% y del 2,5%, respectivamente.

The main house with its architectonic and modernist elements, has a total built area of 1200m2 between its ground floor and 2 upper floors, and has been divided into large dependencies converted into lounges and bedrooms with alcoves and big openings which provide plenty of light and magnificent views.
